A high school student required transportation by ambulance to a local hospital after suffering two broken leg bones and a cracked skull in a West Palm Beach vehicle-pedestrian accident, according to ABC’s WPBF 25 news website. The accident occurred Tuesday, October 20, on Congress Avenue before 7:00 a.m., and the driver told police that it was too dark outside for him to see the teen, who is a student at Palm Beach Lakes Community High School. Following the Palm Beach County auto accident, police cited the driver for driving with expired tags and failing to have insurance, and the injured teen was taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center for treatment.
