At-Fault Driver Of Fatal Palm Beach Gardens Crash Faces Additional Charges

Less than two months after a fatal accident in Palm Beach Gardens, the at-fault driver has received two additional charges in connection with the tragic crash, according to WPTV. Palm Beach Gardens police have reportedly charged Suzanne Goldberg, 79, with DUI and vehicular manslaughter for the fatal auto accident, which occurred October 17 of this year when Goldberg ran a red light. According to the site, Goldberg drove onto the median to pass the stopped vehicles at the light, slamming into a stopped Corvette in a turn lane. Although the injured man was taken to St. Mary’s Trauma Center, he died from accident-related injuries nine days later.
